Shipping information
Standard Local Delivery
  • The standard delivery covers Melbourne Metro area.
  • You can check the delivery charge and minimum order amount for free delivery by entering the postcode on the above postcode field.
  • Most orders in this delivery zone will be delivered in afternoon or evening.
  • You can order frozen, refrigerated and heavy items in the standard delivery.
Sendle Parcel Delivery
  • Sendle parcel delivery covers Melbourne where no minimum order requirement.
  • You can check the delivery charge on the checkout page.
  • The maximum weight using Sendle is 23kg.
  • We do not post temperature sensetive, heavy items using Sendle Parcel Service.
  • Most order will be processed in one business days and delivered in 3-5 Business Days after dispacth. Temporary delays may occur, we will update you in that case.
Shipping Proccessing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or sms once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if any.


If the delivery is coming from our courier partners, we will not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the Australia.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order before shipping without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is before shipping from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. You will be notified order updates by email or phone. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by: We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The cost of return will not be beared by Grover Grocery. You can send us goods at your own cost or can be returned to our store withing 7 days of purchase or return to our store.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The refrigerated and frozen items can not be returned.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We will get in touch with you after you request the return of item or items.


Issue of refund depends on the scenariao of situation and products that asked for return and refund. Some prodcuts may not be eligible for the refund. Plese check out our return policy. If in case, refund needs to be issued, we will have 7 days of time to issue refund. It may take up 5-7 business days to appear refund in your bank account or credit card statement. The refund can be issued either in the same card you have paid for or in the form of E-Gift card.
